- Fragrant fluffy biriyani rice infused with sterling saffron, and cinnamon accompanied by golden-fried crisp whole masala chicken ( plan biriyani with samba rice, beef pcs for 6 serves, beef pcs and whole chicken for 10 serves)
- Escallops of tangy beef curry
- Fried cashew nuts, raisins, coriander, and mint leaves served with cumin essence cucumber raita
- Delicious Malay pickle
- Fried whole eggs (6 or 10 eggs)
- Native fresh mint and coconut sambal with aromatic spiced gravy.
Please note that you have to place your order 24 hours before your required time.
The hotel will be issuing the food after 12 PM for lunch. Dinner will be issued after 6 PM
