I live in the UK and ordered a cake, a fruit basket, and some bakery items for my mum a couple of days in advance. Everything was delivered right on time, and the presentation was beautiful. The team kept me updated throughout the process and even sent photos for my approval before the driver left for delivery, which I really appreciated.
Their customer service is outstanding friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. It gave me great peace of mind knowing everything was checked with me beforehand. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!

Ordering from abroad is always a risk but the service was excellent. Kept me informed that there was a risk to delays in delivering the food, which was helpful. But food arrived on time and well presented. My parents loved it! Food was delicious.

This was my first rode through Yalu Yalu and it went off relatively smooth except for the food got to my parents later than agreed. The food was apparently quite tasty. Would like to be able to order more often but quantities offered are way too large ( would like to buy a serving for 1 or 2 people). Having said that I will use Yalu Yalu again as they have a large variety and hopefully on the future the ability to order smaller quantities.
Yalu yalu team have put an amazing effort to deliver the gift.! Highly Recommended.
